Dedicated and committed teachers are absolutely integral to our programme because they are our direct interface with our Kids Inc.Aruba Society members, and importantly, they promote entrepreneurship, financial literacy,cultural heritage, and are responsible for sharing our content with our young learners. Exposure to entrepreneurship, financial literacy and global citizenship learnings also empowers our educators; not only can it broaden their scope and general knowledge, but can also add value to how they bring across lesson work in the classroom.
